Wheel Light Mounting Kit

Our custom LED wheel light mounting kit fits many (but not all) E-Z-GO, Evolution, Yamaha and Clubcar models with 1-1/2″ axles/spindles.  Please verify kit will fit your cart BEFORE purchasing.  We will be posting photos soon of how the kits mount for reference.  We’ve mounted a front wheel set and a rear wheel set to one of our favorite shrink wrap torches in a couple of pics to give a rough idea of how they attach.  A detailed blog is planned with pics of an upcoming installation.  In the meantime, call with any question(s).  Update:  now manufactured in black aluminum.

Background:

Almost all wheel light kits commonly available are invariably sold in sizes far too large for golf carts.   That’s true even for lifted golf carts with oversized wheels.  So Dazzle Ride has had kits produced small enough to be mounted behind golf cart sized wheels and still be seen.  But what about installation?

The wheel kits for cars and trucks are typically mounted on brake rotor housing and other things absent in carts.  So there is always effort involved to figure out just how to mount wheel lights on a cart even if you are bold enough to try.  Custom resizing full sized vehicle kits was a hassle to say the least even for us.   So while we were having our custom sized kits produced, it occurred to us.  We decided to have bracket and hardware kits factory produced as well.

Each kit comes with 12 custom designed machine aluminum brackets (of 3 types).  (Mounting brackets for front wheels differ from brackets for rear wheels.)  Also included is the additional hardware you will need along with instructions.  Easier, cleaner and sturdier than any DIYs we’ve seen (or done) over the years.  And only available here at Dazzle Ride.
