Lithium Phosphate batteries on average are about 70% lighter than their lead acid counterparts. That means that upgrading LiFePO4 can reduce the weight of your cart by hundreds of pounds, translating to quicker acceleration and better braking and handling.
Lithium batteries also support higher voltage levels than lead acid batteries. Higher voltage levels allow motors to produce more torque and promote increased power for accelerating and climbing hills.
